I bought my wife an Sony Ebook Reader that she loves very much. She has bought many ebooks for it. She has also NOT purchased many books, because they are not available in Canada as an ebook. It drives her crazy that she is willing to spend money, but apparently her money isn't good enough for some of them.
Perhaps we should be creating cars where the driver has a cone of silence around them. That will make safer drivers. I can personally guarantee that my kids in the backseat are more of a distraction then any cellphone.
The only reason companies don't offer customer service is that people don't want to pay for it. Everyone would rather go to Walmart and get something for a few dimes less, then pay to get good service at a smaller retailer.
