  Why an Injunction?

  Using CFAA to prevent scraping seems extreme, however I’m confused about the injunction. Why can’t LinkedIn use technical measures to block scraping? Plenty of sites prevent bots from access. That is the whole point of reCaptcha.

  School administrations have had opportunity to tackle the non-cyber version of bullying for over a hundred years. Not so much has happened on that front despite students getting literally beaten up daily. Let's focus on that before searching children's phones.
