I answered the question. I have never had a finger layed on me by a TSA agent, and never went through a full body scanner. I have gone through the exact same procedure that i would at a Six flags theme park, except Six flags doesn't make me take my shoes off, but big deal. They search bags also, just without a xray scanner.
I fear Al-Qaeda the most. While i do not agree with all of the TSA tactics, common sense tells me that the TSA is one of those "neccesary evils" that are put in place to "scan" hundreds of thousands of people everyday just to catch the few people that would potentionally be out to hurt us, wether it be Al-Qaeda or some other terrorist. Al-Qaeda is obviously only out there to hurt us, anybody they can and as much people as i can. And while the odds that out of those thousands of daily flights a day, that just one of them that i would be would blow up or be crashed are slim to none, i still dont want that happenning to any of us.
You're analogies are so wrong on every way possible that it is silly to explain why, but i will anyway.
First of all, you cannot compare viewing a house before you buy it, to downloading a song off napster. The majority of people who download music for free are not doing it to "try before you buy", that is their avenue for getting free music. Yes, some people will actually still buy thet physical CD, but Napster and Limewire are not legitimate ways to download music for free, thats just a excuse for you to get it for free without getting caught.
Also there is no such thing as being mislead into buying a house that turns out to be garbage. That is the whole point of open houses, and to schedule a appt to view the house, so you can do your research on it and make sure its good, same way with a car.
And i'm not even going to debunk you on the "suing metallica for making horrible cd's" cause thats absurd and you know it.

Sounds to me like the punishment fit the crime. If he only just took the website down for a little while, then i could see how 30 months would be insane. But this seems fitting i believe.
No prob, the only reason why i knew is because i downloaded the new update and was messing around and noticed it under their upcoming live events. I'm a cubs fan, we never get any championship parades. :)

Except it is not violating your rights because you are not required to walk into that airport and get on that plane. That should have been clear to you by now.

The "unreasonable" part of it is what you have been trying to argue this whole time. Is it unreasonable for me to say that if you don't like it, don't fly?
Seems to me that this is a case of "You can't have your cake and eat it too". They are using Facebook as an obvious medium to promote the movie to a quite large potential fan base, but they also do not want a few people putting up their own unauthorized media at the same time. All they have to do is host their own Fan page outside of Facebook but of course they would not want to do that.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Well since you asked..
And i shoulda been more specific, but by layed a finger i meant in a bad matter, like being groped. Never have..
Re: Re: Re: Well since you asked..
And i meant full body scanner as in the naked scanner, not the regular scanner that you walk through.
Re: Re: Well since you asked..
The question was.. "Who Do YOU Fear More?"

Actually do you have an Xbox with a Gold Account? If so, they will be streaming the parade on the ESPN3 area.

Scandal..
This would solve the current Brett Favre/Jenn Sterger Scandal.
Well, maybe...
If Marty didn't have crabs, this wouldnt be an issue at all.

Yes i just noticed there was someone named darryl with 2 R's. I changed my name display name to avoid any further confusion. Thanks.

I love the quote from the O2 spokesperson.

Oh of course. Anything to help the customer.
Re: Re: who gives a damn
Wow, way to completely miss his point.
