This is a little different than cable set top boxes, but cable modem boxes are also expensive. Time Warner just increased the price of their modem from $8 to $10 a month. Fortunately I bought my own a year ago and has already paid for itself.

Court Dissent
I was somewhat appalled to see that 2 of the 5 justices dissented in this case. Only a simple majority 3 to 2 went with the body cam video.
