Well, if Facebook TOS say that you are not allowed to share your password with anyone else - that makes giving your password to your employer an illegal act under the CFAA.
Not following an unlawful direction surely cannot be grounds for dismissal.
Nobody thought to charge 5500 Minnesota Law Enforcement database users under CFAA? Imagine how many millions of years the DA could go for across all cases treating each separate access as a separate offence.
