  Back in the day I worked at a delivery place (steaks and burgers). We would get requests all the time.

  The funny thing is...

  He's already billed the general public for the police time. It's called taxes.
  
  I don't know how many damn churches, funerals, gay pride parades(never seen on of these actually) I have seen that require police security. Is he going to bill them?
