And here in Australia the CPTPP, being touted by the fucking wankers that "run" the country as a great day and deal for all Australians, is secret and won't be released until it's signed. If it's so marvellous, incredible, great, etc, then release it so we can all see the benefits to the corporations and 1%, oops, the whole country.
And I thought The Donald was a narcissist! He might look like Gollum but I think if I had to choose between him and Erdogan as next door neighbours give me Gollum anyday. Erdogan is a nasty vicious little homonculus with ego and vanity the size of a planet.
I was using my original iPhone 4 up until a couple of months ago and never had any battery problems. I think it's more a case of trying to get the thousands, if not tens of thousands, of people like me to throw away their stone age tech and buy the shiny new expensive crap.
Well it worked, I put my neolithic iPhone 4 in a desk drawer and purchased a Samsung mobile.
Well, it's obvious that Google, Facebook, and others haven't made big donations to the Loot Nabbing Party (LNP) here. They'll bend over and part their cheeks to be used as bike racks if the donations are big enough.
Our piss poor excuse of a government in Australia signed up for the intellectual "protections" racket when they agreed to the "free trade" agreement with the US years ago. Malcolm Turnbull(shit) is desperate to leave his mark, a large brown shit coloured stain, on Australia.
Of course he will appeal, his hot air balloon ego has suffered a puncture and he must do something to reinflate it. All this is going to do is to prove, yet agin, he's as big an grudge bearing idiot as everyone thought.

"Groton Republican Town Committee Meeting
This month marks the 35th anniversary of the invention of email by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. To commemorate this, following the event and separate from the event, he will be offering signed copies of his book, The Future of Email, for those who want to help support his campaign on the campaign bus."
Strange there's no mention of his court case being thrown out...must have forgotten to mention it. Can't have inconvenient facts and truth cluttering up a confection of fantasy.
For the life of me I can't work out what the huge, almost orgasmic, carrying on in the media regarding Game of Thrones is all about. I still can't get past page 28 of the first book even after multiple attempts, there is something about it that annoys the hell out of me. Gave up watching the TV series at the end of the second season and have no intention of reading the former and watching the latter.
We have human rights? That's news to me, I thought we were rapidly becoming a fascist country. Every time someone raises the horrific spectre of a bill of rights the politicians, in particular the LNP politicians, jump into their Anti-Rights bunkers and hide until it blows over.
What you should have noted is that the laws are being drafted in South Australia and not the whole country. How long the rest of the states and feds take to jump on the bandwagon is another matter.
The LNP will be ticked off that Labor has gone down that road before them so they can't claim the idea as their own.
The FCC is trying the same stunt that our Bureau of Statistics in Australia pulled when the census site crashed last year: "It wasn't our fault we were DDoS'd. Wah, wah, we're the innocent party." It's always somebody else's fault.
I'm surprised that the head of a the FCC can even move about with all that corporate money jammed in his pockets.
Malibu Media, the Prenda of pornography.
And this sort of crap just reinforces my reasons for dumping farcebook a few years ago.

The only other news service to mention it here is the ABC. Not a peep from TV or other papers. No real surprise there.
Aaggh! My eyes hurt and I have a headache after reading that horrific nonsense from Garmon. What was he smoking when he wrote that rubbish?

The epitome of the low life scumbag set with a huge dose of self importance.
CBS taketh with one hand then taketh even more with the other.
If it interferes with profit then it must be crushed.
What childish crap from Netflix.

Another day, another dose of Stupidicus Idioticus Trademarkus. An all too common complaint by companies feeling threatened.
