Pretty sure this more closely relates to the legal content portion on the net neutrality rules that everyone is so excited about having in place. Not to mention if ISPs are regulated under title II the FCC can make any rules they want. But who cares about that because without net neutrality it may cost netflix more to use up all of our ISPs’ bandwidth and who’s want to do anything that may increase our netflix prices amiright ????
