Or a loud car stereo...
I would imagine that the owner operator of the venue would be responsible so the local government should be charged for allowing their music to be heard.
I used to think that the Musician's union in Terry Pratchett's Soul Music was an extreme parody now they come off as mild.
So the main effect of this law is that all effected art sales will happen outside of Australia.
I have a zero tolerance policy for airlines that fire the wrong people. They need to clear out everyone who was responsible for firing the original guy before I stop taking American Airlines name in vane.
So if this means that you can't build a master drive and burn daughter drives off of it for the units being sold then does this mean every machine would need to be installed from it's own internal disk drive? That sure removes the ability to scale up production.
I doubt M$ would ever push this point but they could.
I've never seen anyone held without bail for contempt of cinema.
I get feeling that if Glen Beck wipes his ass he uses the constitution. That of course is a big IF given the way he smells.
Wurlitzer right is worried about an organless Beck and the next skating party.
It's a Murdoch paper it isn't like it is worth paying for anyway. Just wait until he destroys the WSJ as well.
Mama, Mia that's a spicy meat ball.
It's just evolution in action. Hopefully neither of these bozos have reproduced.

I think Warner Brothers/DC Comics would be the ones with standing. They don't go after costumers at cons so I think she is safe.
You forget the off switch costs extra in the Max Headroom universe.
In the scientific literature they call this an abstract. In business they call it an executive summary.
Nah they would charge you $15 each for channels X & Y or $25 for the package of X, Y and Z.
But if you like a little channel that may not get many subscribers it would go away. We would never have gotten a Food Channel, Sci-Fi channel or six discovery channels without ala carte pricing and package deals.
The home shopping channels pay to be on your cable service. They should come to you either cost free or subsidizing some of your current package.
The problem is the math works out that you would end up paying more for a few individual channels than the pile of channels you get now. Your cable sells your eyes to the advertisers as well as selling you the service.
They should have half a dozen shell companies or just order from Amazon.
Actually the user buys for a credits model could work faster if they distributed special submission envelopes to certified users. The envelope would be coded with your account number. You buy the disk, watch the disk, place into special green redbox envelope and deposit into any redbox like any other disk. It would get the disks to the distribution channel more quickly
Plus there was a cut in the clip. I wonder how big a pile up was removed.
I worked at a Kinko's next to a large University in the late eighties and they would do course packs for classes there. They would only copy what they could clear. We cleared nearly $1 Million in a month at the start of the term.
The self serve area was what ever people wanted to copy. It wasn't any of our business.
Now with scanners people can trade around files with the textbooks. Making text book piracy much more efficient.
