I had 2 of my Gran Turismo Sport race uploads claimed by V8 Supercars because apparently, I'm so good at driving games that they thought it was footage of qualifying for an old Bathurst 1000 race.
Meanwhile, the "Led Zeppelin: The Complete BBC Sessions Remastering" just released in better quality because some guy recorded the session at home on his cassette machine 20 years ago and it was a better quality recording than the one that the band themselves had, after the BBC lost the original recordings...
1) Where I'm from, our council allows us to use so much water per year, after which we are charged by the megalitre.
2) Presumably you pay for your electricity? Generally, the more you use the more you pay.
3) T-mobile is neither trying to lower your water pressure, nor lower your power wattage, merely saying you don't have to pay for using excess amounts of water and power from a particular source.
Not agreeing or disagreeing, just pointing out that it's not quite the same argument.

(of a cat) Make a shrill howling or wailing noise: "the caterwauling of a pair of bobcats"; "a caterwauling guitar".
Very weird. I came to post that I didn't see any ads in Firefox, then saw you were using Chrome, so was going to then post about that instead, but then I fired up the site in both browsers and it looked exactly the same in both, ie, sans ads.
I also run NoScript in Firefox, but not in Chrome and it still looked the same. I got nuthin'
so does that mean NO license covering "podcasting" is available at all, or the blanket one is priced too high (as you believe)?
You tell us, troll. You seem to have all the "knowledge." The article clearly states that PPL offers no podcasting license and that the affected parties would gladly pay for one if it were.
You really don't bother to read the articles, do you?
