  Now, in other moral lessons, another reason not to buy shoes over the internet. Not a good one, but still, add it to the list. I don't buy clothing, watches, or expensive sunglasses over the interweebs. There's just no reason to. The only stuff I order on the net is stuff I can't get here in town. Buying name labels over the net is just asking for trouble. Asian art? Sure, I do that. I can't get it here, so I go to a few web sites I've done business with before.

  Ha.

  I told all my liberal friends (I'm a committed centrist and libertarian) who were so happy when Obama got elected; "I'm not sure what you're so happy about, you're not going to get a gov. that's fundamentally different from the one we've had since the 70's." And they all laughed in my face and said crap like he was the 2nd coming and its a new age and the hated Bush regime is smashed and crap like that. What they failed to understand is that the Fed. is a machine, pretty much on auto-pilot, doing what it does, which is spend our money and erecting huge, useless copies of itself every where it can. Obama's not going to make any difference, and I was right.

  No, people in the US aren't "that stupid", its obvious to Americans when they travel that some things are cheaper; the DVDs you mentioned are pirated, I get the price there. The watches were not. The price difference is set BY THE MANUFACTURER. Try again.
