  Oh this should be interesting... so if the husband owns the copyright on the images, and the wife decides to post one on facebook or what have you, and the husband says NO then we see them back in court with a copyright suit. Should be even more interesting if the husband realizes that she used them without his aknowledgement...

  There is a little thing missing once a brand has formed a patented drug in the pharma business there is at least a 7 year period that other companies cannot compete with the original manufacturer.
  
  I learned this when the govt. banned the particular type of propellent in the generic albuterol inhaler, I got stuck having to buy a name brand, knowing that i would not get a cheaper one for 7 years, still haven't.

  I have to disagree with this one. I believe that a relatively newer device that has come along without some of the drawbacks, but i will admit it has its faults in other places and other applications, is the velour and crochet or velcro. If this had come around before the zipper it may have been a tough sell for many applications. We may not have so many jackets with zippers, pants would definitely not have zippers, and most footwear probably wouldn't either.

  So the loop hole here is the term "independent contractor" you don't neccessarily have to be "employed" (by which I mean earn money) in order to be an independent contractor, you just have to have filed a contract with the reporting organization, blog, website, etc. This then makes you an "independent contractor". The contract doesn't have to mention anything about compensation, just that you are "employed under the terms of the contract". Bloggers listen up... anything your sources send in, you just need to have a piece of paper now that says you are under contract by [insert blog/website name here]... badda bing badda boom you are now an independent contractor for your own blog/website.

  7 seconds... is fair use, total of any song used without licensed royalties. This information was given to me in a broadcast management class when i was in college. So tens of seconds is over the limit when it comes to a fair use excuse.

  Yeah I can't speak for anyone else, but I know I didn't find out about drugs until I had started D.A.R.E. in about 3rd grade, and the cop kept telling us how these mushrooms make you vision blurry and wavy and you feel lighter... or how marijuana made you lazy and lethargic and feel really good... I don't know about anyone else but I blame that cop for my "gateway" into the sub-culture. Kinda funny how things can totally backfire in the faces of our law enforcement and educational system...
