Unless the legislature reverses course, straight ticket voting will not be an option in 2020. This is the last statewide election in which it will be used.
How about they just reveal the metadata about the chambers aides, you just who sent the message, to whom, how long was the memo, where other copied on it
Price, as the intersection of supply and demand, is about resource (capital) allocation. If your product provides value people will pay for it. That is, the will allocate resources to you.
The problem is companies (newspapers) tend to focus on the demand and cost side, rather than the supply or value side.
This behavior is the death rattle of ANY industry.
Right now, the free market is the ONLY ethical form of economy, all others require slavery in either a strong or subtle form.
The zero-sum game meme has corrupted our society and almost killed our self-esteem. When was the last time you remember seeing a business person as the good guy/gal in a movie or on a TV show? As a result people in businesses who earn a profit are made to feel guilty as if they are stealing from others. The reality is the other way around. Those who feed at the trough of government are steal from us.

Best Buy has made incredible strides in this area by implementing a ROWE (results only work environment). In the end hours (for exempt or non-exempt employees) does not matter, results do.

Not at all, no sarcasm. Drug development and patent protection is a huge issue. I am curious as to Mike's thoughts on this element of law. I am hoping he can weave in an example or two in his coming articles.
Mike, I am thrilled you are going to write this series - great stuff. I was hoping you might address the issue of drug development and its relation to patents. It is the one area of concern I have.
All of the reports on the e-voting machine problems make the assumption that the old manual machines were tamper-proof. They were/are not. Just ask and Chicago mayor. Remember, vote early, vote often!

On price (in general)
Price, as the intersection of supply and demand, is about resource (capital) allocation. If your product provides value people will pay for it. That is, the will allocate resources to you.

I'm confused
In a sense, isn't every business conspiring to create a monopoly? I.e., I want everyone to buy from me.
Forget the charges, how can there even be a law in place against this idea.
Free market and ethics
Right now, the free market is the ONLY ethical form of economy, all others require slavery in either a strong or subtle form.

Hope you will address...

I challenge the premise
All of the reports on the e-voting machine problems make the assumption that the old manual machines were tamper-proof. They were/are not. Just ask and Chicago mayor. Remember, vote early, vote often!
Contradictory Legislation
This legislation could be right out of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.
Right on
