WeatherNation started life as a replacement for The Weather Channel back when they pulled this stunt on Dish Network. Luckily, they stuck around and I actually LIKE the channel BECAUSE THEY REPORT THE WEATHER.
As the story points out, The Weather Channel has turned into another Reality TV Network showing some Honey Boo Boo Storm Chaser Dynasty crap.
I can't be the only person who replaces "Elsevier" with "Elsinore" while reading this story, can I? I'm picturing this publishing company housed in an spooky old castle attached to a mental hospital full of hockey players.
Yes, there was a lot to this case but comedians and the media (is there even a difference these days?) decided that it was easier to ignore the details for shock value.
