  Easy Fix

  all EVERYONE need do is install on all of their doors is a very simple device called "Security Lock Door Barricade" which prevents the (stupidly, & unsafely) inward-opening doors from being forced open without serious effort.
  THEN, the infants running outside of their cribs with LOADED WEAPONS, will have to ACKNOWLEDGE their presence, present REASONS prior to ingress, and await admission.
  This simple tool establishes that thing these children were purposefully NOT taught growing up: RESPECT of others.

  The suit shows, really the only way, of how citizenry contact and communicate with their government.

  There is,... another way,...
  that is used (seemingly to much greater effect) to communicate with the government:

  just sent cleavage and short skirts or chest hair with biceps (depending on gender/preference of target government official) whom are making vague, ambiguous, or plausibly deniable statements about campaign contributions, paying for tuition that their kids do not need to attend, etc, etc, etc.

  the reason for "schools continue to argue otherwise" is due to the very detailed display Hasan Minhaj gave in the netflix vid [Is College Still Worth It?] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YytF2v7Vvw0 on how "higher" education facilities only see their students as Cash Cows to be kept in as much captivity as possible; Hence the schools thinking that it "owns" the student,... for as many years as they can get away with per the exorbitant tuition, fees, etc. that they place on said students.
