From her vantage point that far in the future she can see that patent, copyright, and trademark practice, by that time, will end up making no sense whatsoever, so she figured she'd get a jump start on the trend.
Clearly Xpitax missed the boat. What they should have patented was all methods of doing one's own tax preparation and with the threat of litigation force everyone to use offshore tax prep!
