RIAA Plans To Try Try Again To Circumvent Due Process

Even though a few different courts have told the RIAA that they need to actually file lawsuits before sending subpoenas to ISPs in trying to track down file sharers, the RIAA wants to keep fighting this issue. As expected, they’re appealing the ruling, and are saying that due process shouldn’t apply in this case, because it’s not like they’ve ever made a mistake in accusing people of uploading files when they clearly had not.
